Nothing on this website is accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as a substitute for advice about your specific situation. Reading this site, submitting the contact form, or speaking with us does not create a professional or client relationship.
An important limitation on our services
YFG Consultants provides bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, document management and related back office services.
YFG Consultants is not a licensed public accounting firm. We do not perform audits, reviews or compilations, we do not issue attest reports or opinions on financial statements, we do not sign federal income tax returns as a paid preparer, and we do not provide legal advice or representation before taxing authorities. Where that work is required, you should engage a licensed CPA or attorney. We routinely work alongside a client's own CPA and prepare the books and schedules that the CPA relies on.
How an engagement actually starts
No engagement exists, and we take on no obligation to perform work, until both parties sign a written services agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and term.
Quotes, estimates, scope documents and proposals are offers to contract. They are not themselves the contract, and they may be withdrawn or revised before signature. Where a signed services agreement and this website conflict, the services agreement controls.
Acceptable use
Please use the site normally. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system connected to it, do not probe or scan it for vulnerabilities, do not submit malicious code, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages or anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
We apply rate limits and automated spam filtering to the contact form and may block submissions or addresses that trigger them.
What you submit
You confirm that anything you send us through the site is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to send it. Please do not submit confidential records or other people's personal information through the contact form. Our handling of what you do send is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, text, graphics and code of this website belong to YFG Consultants. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own, or copy substantial parts of it for a competing commercial purpose, without our written permission.
Product and company names mentioned on this site, including accounting and payroll platforms, belong to their respective owners. Naming them describes the software we work in. It does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment. Service descriptions may change as our offering changes. Any figures presented as ranges are planning ranges only, not a guarantee of any particular result for your business.
